RETURNS POLICY

THE FRAGRANCE SHOP will provide a full refund or exchange on full priced items only where:

  • the product returned is in its original packing and condition with all content, tags and plastic packaging intact;
  • the perfume has not been partially used;
  • the item(s) are returned within 7 days from date of purchase; and a printout of our invoice is enclosed as proof of purchase;
  • Alternatively, we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that: are faulty (unless damage is caused by you); items that have been incorrectly shipped that do not match your order.

All returns must be returned to THE FRAGRANCE SHOP within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted. Once a refund is approved, payment can and will only be made to the same person you had purchased and paid for the product. We will not entertain payment to any 3rd party. We do not refund the shipping charges. 

PROCESS OF RETURNS:

Please send an email to info@thefragranceshopinc.com. Please mention your Name, Invoice Number, and details of the item you wish to return,

Please specify the reason for return and if possible a photo of the product if you have found it to be defective.. Our customer services teams will handle your claim within 1-2 working days.

When your claim is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. You are then required to return the item back to us along with all information stated above. We will refund your money after the item is received in good and proper condition.*

Price and availability of all products sold on this are subject to change/amendment without notice.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

Full payment is required before shipping. We offer payment options by Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer (virtual accounts), OVO and DANA.

 

DELIVERY TERMS

Orders are prepared from readily available stock; they are sent out within 1 working day upon verification of your payment. The shipping details will be sent to you immediately upon despatch email. You can then track your order immediately. Once payment is verified, you will receive your order on the same day (within Jakarta if your payment has been verified before 2:00 pm or on the next working day if your transaction is done after the given time. For orders outside of Jakarta, the despatch is guaranteed within 24 hours or on the next working day.

 

SHIPPING

SHIPPING IS FREE! We only use reputable courier services (GOJEK/GRAB within Jakarta and TIKI/PAXEL for orders outside of Jakarta) to deliver to all customers. Please clearly state your correct address and a valid mobile number to avoid delays in delivery. In case of need, kindly contact the courier directly to track your package.

Prices from THE FRAGRANCE SHOP INC are already inclusive of all shipping charges. There are no additional or hidden charges.

 

TRACKING

Kindly use the tracking information sent to you by our Admin team to track the status of your shipment.

 

CONDITION OF RECEIPT

All products are guaranteed originals. The invoice is the certificate of guarantee. The courier is responsible for delivering goods exactly according to our invoice. Upon receipt of your shipment, kindly check the contents and advise us immediately if you should find any discrepancy.

 

DOCUMENTS

We supply a commercial invoice only. We will not be held responsible to supply any additional documents.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Personal data are mainly processed using automated tools and exclusively for the purposes indicated and the time strictly necessary for achieving the purposes for which they were collected.

Customer email addresses may be used for sending newsletters and updates with valuable information.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been processed, we cannot make any changes or cancel your order. In the event of unavailable stock situation, we will liaise with you by email to propose an agreeable alternative.
